The ‘Conversations on the Constitution’ series aims to raise awareness and promote discussion among the Malaysian public on constitutional issues and constitutionalism. For this particular forum, the Campaign aims to highlight the constitutional challenges faced by oil producing states in regards to oil royalties. Is it within their constitutional right to expect or demand the payment of oil royalty by the Federal Government?
